Absolutely Professional; this is the least I can say about the quality of the service I received from Regency Elite during 8 months of preparations to get a second passport. The idea came to my mind in September 2015 and I received a full legal Dominica Passport in May 2016. The process was full of details due to the fact that I have lived in many countries.
